Learn how to cancel your PRO subscription and what happens to your data.
This article is for legacy plans (the old PRO plan) only.
A PRO subscription can be canceled by the Owner of the workspace.
1) Go to Subscription;
2) Click Manage Subscription and you'll be redirected to a page with a Cancel subscription button.
Cancelling the subscription will prevent further charges for the plan.
Please note
Cancelling a subscription does NOT mean deleting the workspace. Deleting is an entirely different procedure; please see this guide's "Deleting the account" page. Also please note that if you had any custom discount active in your PRO subscription, canceling the subscription will mean also permanently canceling the discount as well.
