Deleting your Timeneye workspace

In this article, you will learn how to delete your Timeneye account. Please read the instructions carefully, as this action is irreversible.

First, only account Owners can delete the account. If you have a different role and wish to be removed from the workspace, please contact one of your managers to request that your user account be archived.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

Deleting your Timeneye workspace will PERMANENTLY cancel the entire account and all associated data, including your projects and your team members' information. Therefore, we recommend exporting all your data before proceeding.

How to delete your Timeneye account:


1. Log in to your Timeneye account.
2. Go to Settings > General Settings.
3. Scroll down to the Delete Workspace section.
4. Type ‘DELETE’ and click Confirm.

💡 If you want to export your data before deleting your account, check the box next to the option "Export data before workspace deletion".

Did you create an account by mistake and wish to join another Timeneye workspace?

Sometimes, two members of the same team may create separate Timeneye accounts. In such cases, one of you will need to delete your account and wait for an email invitation to join the main account.
