Learn how to manage your payments and invoices on Timeneye and where to ask for support.

We accept the following payments methods:

  • Debit and Credit Card

An invoice is automatically generated after each payment using the billing data provided. VAT can be applied depending on the fiscal status and location of the customer.

Owners can always view the past invoices in the Plan&Billing section.

Simply click on Invoices to open your past invoices sorted by date and amount: click on a single invoice to download it as a PDF file.

Update of September 13th, 2019:

Our payments support SCA (Strong Customer Authentication), compliant with the EU's second Payment Services Directive (PSD2), coming to effect on September 14th, 2019.
This means that, depending on your bank, you may be required to take an additional authentication step to complete your payment.

Please note that you must complete those steps to ensure you complete your payments.

Also, banks under the new requirements may decline an online transaction. If this happens to you, get in touch with your bank.
