1) What should I do if I encounter a problem or something isn't working? 

Please provide more details about your issue and include a screenshot if possible. This will help us understand the problem better. Your message will be forwarded to our dedicated IT department, and they will contact you shortly.

2) How can I book a demo? 

To book a demo, please visit this page and fill out the form. One of our sales representatives will reach out to you soon. In the meantime, you can see Timeneye in action by watching this series of videos on our Timeneye YouTube channel.

3) What happens at the end of my trial period? 

If you enter your billing details, you can easily start a subscription. If you prefer to continue with the free plan, please contact us, and we will enable it for you. Please note that the free plan includes only 2 seats and offers limited features.

4) I can't log in anymore. What should I do?

Could you please provide the email address you are using to log in? This will help us to check what's the issue and get to a quick resolution.

5) Do I need to enter my credit card to sign up?

No, you can sign up and try Timeneye for 14 days without a credit card. At the end of your free trial, you’ll be asked to enter your card details if you decide to purchase a subscription.
We accept either Debit or Credit Cards as payment methods.

6) How is the subscription fee calculated for paid plans?

The price is calculated per user; every user tracking time in Timeneye will need a license. Think of licenses as slots or "seats" that a user occupies. We do not charge for the archived users.

7) How can I reduce the number of my licenses?

If you wish to have fewer licenses than what you currently have, please contact us.

8) Can I subscribe to a Starter or Premium plan even if my team has more than 30 users?

Yes, you can. Please contact us and we will guide you through the next steps in your activation.

9) Can I try it out before deciding which plan I need?

No matter what plan you are going for, you have a free 14-day trial of the Premium plan, so you can test all the features with your team and see the benefits of time tracking and help you decide which billing plan is more suitable for your business.
