Using the Timeneye Browser Widget, you can add a small Timeneye button to easily track time for your Monday tasks.
Our integration with Monday.com is part of our many browser widget integrations. We've developed a Browser Widget for Chrome, Firefox, and Microsoft Edge to help you track time seamlessly from the tools you already use—anywhere on the web.
With this integration, you can easily track time for your tasks on Monday.com, bringing your time tracking data directly into your Timeneye account. This allows you to visualize and analyze how you spend time across various tasks and services.
Important Note:
As this is a browser widget integration, you cannot automatically import Monday.com projects into Timeneye. Projects must be created manually in Timeneye. For a detailed guide on creating projects, check out this article.
How to track time for your Monday tasks:
- Install the Timeneye Widget on your browser;
- Log in to the widget with your Timeneye credentials;
- Open Monday.com and navigate to your task list. For the best experience, we recommend using the Kanban board view;
- Locate the task for which you want to track time and click on the Timeneye icon.
A "Register Time" dialog will appear, where you can select a project and phase. At the bottom of the dialog, you’ll see the name of the Monday.com task you're tracking time for. - Choose a project and phase, and start tracking! You can decide whether to use a real-time timer or save the entry directly. You can also add tags and notes if needed.
Alternatively, you can also open the task to expand its details, locate the Timeneye button, and use it to track time:
Where to find your Monday time entries
When you return to the Timeneye dashboard, you'll see all the time entries you recorded using the widget in Monday.com. These entries will display the task name and a Monday.com logo for easy identification.
Similarly in the Entries section, you can scroll down the entries list and find the ones you created using the integration. By expanding the filter on the left, you can even use the "Integration info" you can even filter the entries for the specific task name.
