Upgrading and downgrading your plan

Need a bigger plan with more features? Here's how to get one!

How to upgrade your plan

As your company grows or your projects become more complex, you can upgrade to a bigger plan. Similarly, you can downsize to a lower plan if needed. For example, if you're on the free or Starter plans, you can decide to upgrade to a higher-tier one by following a few simple steps.

You can do all this from the Subscription section of the workspace.

1) Go to Subscription. In the section, you'll see your current plan active on your workspace, and the other possible plans available:

2) You'll see a recap of the plans and all the features they include (you can also visit our pricing page for a full plan comparison);

3) When you've made up your mind about purchasing the plan, click "Manage subscription";

4) You'll be redirected to a page with a recap of your current subscription. Click the Update plan button, and you'll be able to select a new plan, and/or a new billing cycle:

5) Confirm your choice and start the new plan:

If you wish to upgrade to an Enterprise plan, please contact us directly, as the Enterprise plan cannot be purchased through the app.

How to downgrade your plan

If you decide to downgrade your plan (for example, from a Premium to a Starter), please keep in mind that it will mean that some features will be blocked. To see the full list of which features are included in each plan, please visit this page.

1) Go to the Subscription section;

2) Identify the Plan you wish to downgrade to and click the blue "Downgrade" button:

4) You'll be redirected to a page with a recap of your subscription. Click "Update plan" to select the new plan.


That's it! In case you change your mind and want to upgrade again, you can do so from the Subscription section.
