Trial period
If you wish to give Lucen Track a try before purchasing, you can sign up and try Lucen Track for 14 days without a credit card. During the 14-day trial, we allow our users to try all our features; then, at the end of the trial, they have to decide whether or not they want to continue using Lucen Track.
All trials start on the Premium plan, to give users the chance to experience all features.
After the trial, users will decide whether they want to purchase a paid plan, or downgrade to the free plan.

If you are a medium company, you might need some extra time to make Lucen Track part of your working routine, and that's fine! If you need an extension in your trial period, just ask!
If you are an Enterprise, you might want to opt for a fully functional Pilot. It usually lasts between 1 to 6 months, depending on the company size. If you are interested in exploring this option and maybe have a quote, please get in touch with our sales department.
You will always be able to manage your subscription from the Subscription section.
