First things first, sign up for a FREE 14-day trial here. You can sign up using your Microsoft account, or a valid email address.

You'll be redirected to the Unified Lucen software login system, where you can create your account in just a few steps. With these credentials, you'll be able to access all of Lucen software products:



Follow the onboarding process to start setting up your workspace. During this process, you will have the opportunity to invite other users and integrate your Track workspace with various Microsoft tools. You can choose to skip these steps and complete them later once you are more settled in your workspace.

However, we encourage you to take full advantage of your trial by testing our tool with your team and exploring the benefits of our Microsoft integrations.

Logging in with Microsoft

Using the Log in with Microsoft option, you and your team will be able to securely and quickly log in with Microsoft Entra. 

Depending on how you set permissions in your tenant, users may be prompted to authorize the Microsoft Entra app.

In some cases, only IT administrators can authorize the Microsoft Entra app. So if you're seeing a screen like the one below, please reach out to your tenant's admin:

If you are the one creating the Track account, it means you will be the Owner. This means you can invite other team members to join you and assign them different roles in your workspace. You can also choose your plan and start a subscription. 

If you are invited to join a Track workspace:

Once you have received an invitation by email, click on the link and you will be able to log in with your work credentials.

In the very first step of your setup process, there is a message stating the name of the workshop you have been invited to join. Follow the next steps, and you will join your team in no time!

Please remember you cannot be part of multiple workspaces using the same e-mail address. This means that if you use your work email to create a workspace on your own, you won't be able to join the workspace created by your Admin later on using the same email.

How to edit your Email address

To edit your email address please send us a message to track-support@lucensoftware.com and we will take care of that for you.

How to change your password

You can change your login information (username and password) at any time from the Personal settings section of the workspace.

1) Go to Personal settings>User info;

2) If you need to set up a new password, look for the Change Password section. A button there will lead you to the Lucen Account center where you'll be able to set up a new password.

Once you click on the button, you'll be redirected to the screen below, where you'll be asked to log in with your current credentials:

And after that, you'll see a new screen to set up your password:

Help! I forgot my password and cannot log in

If you find yourself unable to access your account because you have forgotten your password, you can recover it in a few simple steps:

1) Go to the Lucen login page;

2) Start typing your email in the email box

3) Click "Forgot your password?"

4) Follow the steps to set a new password.
